After signing in, you can view your e-ticket invoice related to purchases made through Turkish Airlines' direct sales channels, and update the taxpayer information on those e-ticket invoice. In accordance with the Tax Procedure Law, these tickets are recognized as a valid document. There is no need to print, stamp and sign these e-ticket invoices.
If you purchased your ticket through travel a agent, please contact them to obtain an invoice.
A separate e-ticket invoice will be issued for each passenger. If there is more than one person on a reservation, a separate e-ticket invoice will be issued for each individual. Different taxpayer information can be entered for each e-ticket invoice on a reservation.
If the e-ticket invoices to be issued are not valid in place of an invoice in the country you are located in, please contact one of our sales offices in that country.
